Subscription
A subscription to Chicana/Latina Studies: The Journal of Mujeres Activas en Letras y Cambio Social is for one year and will be renewed automatically. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive two journals – one issue for the Fall and one issue for the Spring.
A benefit for MALCS members is a subscription to the journal. MALCS membership is open to all women, trans and gender non-conforming people who identify as Chicana, Latina, Afro-Latina, Native American and/or Indigenous working toward the support, education and dissemination of Chicana/Latina & Native American women’s issues. This includes faculty, staff, graduate students, undergraduates, and community members.
In addition to the Journal, your membership includes:
- A registration discount for the annual MALCS Summer Institute
- An opportunity to present at the MALCS Summer Institute
- Eligibility to participate in C/LS Summer Institute Writing Workshop
- Access to MALCS web resources (i.e. blog posting, discussion forums, member directory, online voting, etc.)
MALCS membership dues are on a sliding fee scale based on income and must be renewed annually.

Individual Subscription $50/year
Institutional Subscription in the US $100/year
All international orders and subscriptions cost $150/year to cover the cost of shipping.
